Delivery Policy

Orders are processed daily Sunday thru Saturday at 10:00 a.m Philippine Standard Time (PST).  Any order made after 10:00 a.m. PST will be processed the next day. Customers will be notified by email once an order has been received by our warehouse and processed so that the Recipient(s) can be notified to anticipate delivery. 

All deliveries are made using our sister company Bayani Logistics, Ltd. 

Delivery periods begin once an order is received and processed. Delivery Periods are as follows:

      Standard:  7 to 10 Days

      Expedite:  5 to 7 Days

      Express:    24 to 48 Hours

At the Point of Delivery the Primary Recipient or the Alternate Recipient listed on the order must be present.   The Primary or Alternate Recipient must present photo I.D in order to receive delivery. If the Primary or the Alternate Recipient cannot be present, a copy of the photo I.D. and an authorization letter must be presented.  If either the Primary or Alternate Recipient or an authorization letter is not present at the time of delivery then the order will be placed on hold pending confirmation of availability of recipient(s).  Once availability is confirmed, order will be re-delivered and a re-delivery charge may apply.  

If a wrong address or non existing address is given and the Primary or Alternate Recipient cannot be contacted for the correct address, delivery will be delayed pending correct address from the customer.  Once new address, and either Primary or Alternate Recipient or authorization letter availability is confirmed, the order will be re-delivered and a re-delivery charge may apply. 

BayaniStore.com will contact recipients for those customers that choose Express Delivery.  Once either the Primary or Alternate recipient’s availability is confirmed then order will be delivered within the 24 to 48 hour period.

Should a destination be deemed unsafe, the delivery will not be competed and the Customer shall be contacted for arrangements.  BayaniStore.com reserves the right to charge the Customer additional fees to complete such deliveries.

BayaniStore.com shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery whether the delay is beyond its control or otherwise.

At the point of delivery the recipient or the person presenting the letter of authorization must inspect each item for damage or defects. Please click here for Return/Refund Policy. Once items are accepted a confirmation email will be sent to the customer and sale will be deemed complete.
