1. Where do the products on your website come from? Although BayaniStore.com is a Philippine company, we are based in the United States. Therefore all products listed on our site come from the U.S. All products, unless otherwise stated, meet the high U.S. standards and regulations for safety, quality, and authenticity.


2. How do I track my order? For your convenience BayaniStore.com automatically emails your status updates at every step of the way. However you can check your status on your own if you choose to. Simply go to BayaniStore.com and sign in and click on “orders.” If you made an order as a guest or do not wish to sign in you may enter you order number or email address under “track my order.” Your order link will then automatically be sent to your email address.


3. How much does it cost for delivery? The cost of delivery depends on two factors; the delivery option that you choose, and your delivery destination.  BayaniStore.com  charges one flat fee for your entire order with no minimum or maximum orders.  Please click here for a complete table of prices for delivery destinations and delivery options.


4. What delivery options do I have? Our Standard delivery  time is within 7 to 10 days of processing.    For those who need their order faster we offer Express delivery which is 5 to 7 days after processing.  Super Express delivery is our fastest delivery, for those who need orders delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For Super Express delivery, we also give courtesy calls to your recipient before delivery to insure that they know we are coming. 


5. Where do you deliver to in the Philippines? Currently BayaniStore.com delivers throughout Luzon. We will be adding limited delivery to Mindinao, Visiyas and most outer islands in mid to late November, with the ultimate goal of covering all of the Philippines by the start of 2012.


6. Do you have any minimum or maximum orders? BayaniStore.com gives you the freedom to send as much or as little as you choose.  We have no minimum or maximum orders.  In the old way if you have 3 items that don’t fit into a box, you either don’t send it, or you pay full price for another box.  With our online balikbayan box you are not limited by the size of the box. 


7. Does my recipient(s) have to be present to receive my order? To insure the full security of your order we require that the recipient(s) listed on your order to be present at the time of delivery. The recipient(s) must present a photo I.D. in order to receive your order. If your recipient(s) cannot be present at the time of delivery they may leave a photo copy of their I.D. and a letter of authorization. Click here for an example of a letter authorization.
